Cyber Security Team Lead Reigate to £110k

Cyber Security Team Lead / Manager (SecOps SaaS Cloud) *Remote Interview WfH*. Do you have expertise with Cyber Security in cloud based environments? You could be joining a global FinTech in a senior, impactful role.

As a Cyber Security Team Lead / Manager you will head up a small team of SecOps Engineers responsible for ensuring that operational risks are properly evaluated and managed, working closely with software development teams to advise them on security best practice and compliance.

You will have oversight of and responsibility to drive the implementation of Cloud governance and security strategy, policy, controls, metrics and compliance and will act as the SME for SecOps, providing guidance and team leadership.

This is a newly formed team / role so will be able to shape it and progress your career.

There's a remote interview and onboarding process with the ability to work fulltime from home for the foreseeable; in the coming months (most likely late summer), you'll join colleagues in the Reigate office for 1-2 days a week or as often as desired.

Requirements:

You have experience of managing small, high performance technology teams

You have a strong technical background with a good knowledge of privileged access management, vulnerability management, secrets management and access control

You have an indepth knowledge of cybersecurity standards and frameworks e.g. ISO27001, NIST, CIS, OWASP, SOC2

You have a good understanding of securing public cloud technologies (Azure preferred)

You have excellent communication, relationship building and stakeholder management skills
