Global asset manager is looking for a senior change manager for a 12 month FTC (temp-2-perm highly likely) to work on a management committee consolidation.
Candidates MUST have managed a global ManCo / Operating model consolidation within asset management.
Must have...
- Delivered global TOM consolidation (asset management)
- Managed Committee consolidation (most likely as a result of an M&A), and associated regulatory and operational dependencies
- Proven senior (C-suite) level stakeholders management
- Managing the business side of technology changes, ideally within an operations environment
- Managing regulatory changes, end to end
- Large focus on risk identification and mitigation.
