Head of Electronics - Cambridge - £65,000 - £75,000 pa An innovative, market leading electronics manufacturer in Cambridge are looking for a new Head of Electronics for their research & development team. You will be the Technical Lead and will manage Electronics Design and Embedded Software Engineers to develop world renowned, award winning products for the commercial electronics industry. Key Responsibilities: · Lead, Manage & Develop a Multi-disciplinary Electronics team · Deliver Projects on time & to a high quality · Research and Evaluation of new Electronic solutions · Investigate and solve complex functional and reliability issues · Work with the operations team to assist in the transfer of products to manufacture Key Skills/Experience: · 8 + years’ experience in Electronics Design/Embedded Systems · Embedded C · Complex Firmware development experience using good software practices · Hardware Design (Analogue & Digital Circuit design, PCB review, EMC etc.) · Hardware/Firmware Integration Desirable Skills/Experience: · Low Power Bluetooth (BLE)/IoT Technologies · Design for Manufacture/ Design for Test · NPD · Project ManagementIf you are interested in the position and think you have the skills required as a Head of Electronics, please don’t hesitate to apply.
