As an engineering graduate with Colas Rail, you will be enrolled in a two-year Engineering graduate programme which has a distinct focus on the technical side of our business. You can expect to be working closely with our experienced engineers and senior management on improving the UK rail systems.Throughout your programme we will support you via our Technical Development Frameworks and give you the opportunity to continuously learn and develop your skills and knowledge, with the goal to helping you achieve Chartered Engineering status.It is very important to us that you only think of your 2-year graduate scheme as the very start of your journey with Colas Rail because this is going to be just the beginning of an exciting, challenging and very rewarding career.About you:We're looking for a bright, enthusiastic and determined graduate who can work both independently and in a team. For the Engineering Graduate Programmes we are looking for at least a 2:2 from a reputable University, and the ability to stand out, by internships, university successes or extracurricular activities.
