Senior ServiceNow Developer

Remote working (location Buckinghamshire)

3 Months initially

£500 - £550 per day

We have a great opportunity with a global leading organisation, a true market leader in the field. We have a requirement for a Senior ServiceNow Developer on a rewarding program of work.

Key Responsibilities:

*Create and update documentation and procedures.

*Take part in ServiceNow testing, administration and development activities as well as trouble shooting.

*Development of integrations between ServiceNow and other systems, including developing ticket exchange with other ITSM products, or integrations with bespoke business systems.

*Assists ServiceNow System Administrators, SI Process Consultants, and Business Analysts with incident resolution, as needed.

Key Skills & Experience required:

Experience in advanced administering ServiceNow Platform

*Enterprise and/or IT Service Management.

*Client Side and Server Side Scripting (Ex. Catalog Client Script, Business Rules, Script Actions, Script Includes etc ).

*Client & Server API's (Ex: GlideDialogWindow,GlideForm (g_form), GlideAggregate, GlideRecord etc).

*Administration (includes Reporting, Email Notifications, Creating/Editing Home pages, Personalizing Forms etc ).

*HTML/CSS/AJAX knowledge.

*UI Pages & Jelly (More than 200 pages user Jelly).

*ACL and its debugging.

*Knowledge of ITIL framework and good understanding of (Asset/Configuration/Incident/Problem Management, Product Catalog etc)

*Transformation MAP, Scheduler, Connection with other database/instance, WebService

*MID Server setup and Update set migration

*Experience in ITOM (optional)
