They are therefore looking to recruit a Senior Architectural Designer to join their close knit team.

In this role you will be tasked with being responsible for all the working drawings required to support their extensive range of house types and bespoke developments. You will offer support with the production of drawings, details and statements required for their major planning applications. The main component of this role would involve the management and production of drawings in support of planning applications such as street scenes, design statements and house type details. You will liaise with specialist consultants to establish the requirements of site specific policy or changes in national legislation such as Space Standards, Building Regulations and Energy Efficiency.

The Person:Architectural DesignerMinimum of a HNC in Building or equivalentPrevious experience as an Architectural Designer primarily working with a housebuilderMust have AutoCADLive local or serious about relocating to the area
