Growing tech organization, who develop innovative applications in the B2B sector for organisations, is looking to scale quickly by disrupting traditional networking routes. A role has a risen for a Ruby on Rails Developer to join a motivated and ambitious team. This is an opportunity to join the business at a critical time. Management will facilitate radical levels of ownership and empowerment with opportunities to grow your role and responsibilities.

As the successful Ruby on Rails Developer, you will be working on innovative projects and features from start to finish and will be responsible for shipping new features regularly. Acting as our go-to developer for all front and back-end development requirements and design involvement.

Salary: £85k to £100k DOE + equity options, great team and culture, fast, paced learning curve

This role may suit individuals that have held the following roles: Full stack Developer, Ruby on Rails Developer. Candidates with a good micro services development background with their prime coding language something other than Ruby may be considered.
