FIX Consultant / Project Manager (APAC) *6 month contract Work from Home*

Technologist FIX Consultant with strong project management skills sought by global trading systems FinTech for an initial six month contract.

As a FIX Consultant you'll utilise your technical expertise to run client projects in the APAC markets that focus on FIX connectivity and migrations as well as enhancing the onboarding workflows for customers to reduce the time it takes to bring customers on-board. This could involve simplifying the testing, providing automation tools or advice or sourcing external products that would suit the purpose. You'll be liaising closely with clients in Asian markets so will be required to start at 7am UK time.

There's a remote interview and onboarding process as well as the ability to work from home (commutable to London).

Requirements:

You have an indepth knowledge of FIX protocol API integration to Buy-Side and Sell-Side institutions

You have strong Project Management skills - with the ability to manage multiple, concurrent projects

You have a good understanding of network connectivity and Linux / UNIX command line

You have a good knowledge of collaboration tools (e.g. Salesforce, Confluence, JIRA)

You have strong analysis and problem solving skills with meticulous attention to detail and strong planning ability

You have advanced communication and stakeholder management skills; you're comfortable working directly with clients and 3^rd party vendors

You're able to start at 7am daily
