Infor LN Business Analyst - P2PSalary: £55,000 - £70,000 (depending on experience) Location: Anywhere in Europe / UK Remote: Yes, 100% remote. Employment type: Permanent I am currently looking for and ERP/Infor LN business analyst based anywhere in Europe, who has vast experience with P2P.The primary responsibilities of this position are to:Support the Corporate IT ERP Deployment Team as they roll out Infor ERPs to the businessResponsible to lead process review from each site's legacy system to the new ERP.Work with end users to support organization change management so processes can be changed/adapted to system requirementsMaintains documentation of recommended process flows and work instructions for processes for the new ERPMaintains the translation of those process flows to a testing script to be used for each pilot testUnderstand key master data, codes, parameters, and settings in the systemLead each site through data cleansing activities to clean up data in legacy systems so a smooth transition is possibleResponsible for providing business units with initial validation of data migrated and working with the business unit to receive acceptance sign offSupport requirements gathering and specification writing to aid the technical team in report and integration developmentProvide training and troubleshooting support to sites on the use of the ERP systemOther duties as assignedYou will need;At least 5 years of work experience with ERP systemsInfor CloudSuite Industrial Enterprise/LN products preferredExpert level experience in Excel, Word and VisioGood functional understanding/experience with following modules: Manufacturing, Logistics, Warehousing, Service, Projects and/or FinanceExperience supporting implementation and organizational change management dynamics required Must have excellent customer service mindset, including the ability to resolve difficult disputes without losing relationships or spending company resources unnecessarily BenefitsPension - Matched up to 8%Death in Service - x4 of base salaryBonus - 5% (performance metric)The client is looking to interview soon so please reach out as soon as possible to discuss this opportunity further.Email: [email protected] Call: +44 203 866 1788 Washington Frank International is the leading ERP recruitment firm in the world, advertising more ERP jobs than any other agency.
