Location: Osterley (currently working from home)

The Digital Content Manager seamlessly executes the delivery of all copy and content for the client's website and , with a 'right first-time' approach. Strives to be an expert in customer behaviour and able to quickly react to changes. Additionally, the Content Manager will input into the merchandising plan with best practice strategies for our customers and invoke and contribute towards all experimentation hypotheses to ensure we are delivering the epitome of what the client stands for.

ResponsibilitiesDeliver content for all journeys in .com and the App for multiple territories (Uk & ROI)Experience using various CMS (ContentStack preferable), as well as using HTMLWorking with technology, feed into any CMS or other technology requirements relating to content and merchandisingCreate and populate all contentFeed in content requirements to our digital merchandising planShowcasing regularly to Lab and stakeholdersWork closely with stakeholders on content process, working to deliver a seamless way of working, automation where possiblePut forward experimentation hypotheses, and contribute all copy and content for experimentation hypotheses

HowProven ability to quickly adapt and develop skills in new systems/tools, as well as inputting best practice content processes and ways of workingWorking with wider stakeholders (DCLabs & Product Verticals Directorates) to inform and influence business strategy (e.g. propositions) and customer experience (e.g. digital journey refinement)Based on research, put forward content solutions and opportunities that caters for all scenarios, is SEO and device optimisedBe at the forefront of industry trends by attending internal and external workshops, seminars and relevant coursesEnsure consistency across Labs plus share new working methods, discuss best practices, align processes, communicate CMS updates, share insights and test findings, present course/workshop learningsContribute towards personalisation strategy, testing (Optimisely/Adobe Target) and optimisations for .com and App for multiple territories
