BMS Design Engineer

Manchester (Live in the North)/Nationwide

£50,000-60,000 + Pension +Holiday + Bonus

In this lead role, you will be responsible for the design and commissioning, specification and costing of BMS projects including major upgrades and refurbishment works.

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years' experience working on BSM Controls projects, delivering projects in the public and private sector, with experience with commercial and financial management.

The Role:

*Managing BMS surveys, audits and data gathering

*Design and delivery of BSM controls

*Client and subcontractor management

*Build and commissioning in line with standards

*Project and delivery support

The Person:

*10+ years working on BMS Controls projects

*Experience of delivering projects - public and private sectors

*Commercial and financial management.

*Knowledge of multiple BMS Systems

*Willing to travel Nationwide
