Demand and Supply Chain Planning Consultant

We are currently looking for a Demand and Supply Chain Planning Consultant to join this prestigious organisation. Our client offers excellent potential for career growth, professional development, and a great personalized benefits package.

In this role you will guide the technology roadmap for large-scale transformation applying an end to end integrated vision of automation and technology solutions to help the clients achieve a frictionless enterprise vision. Industry domain experience in supply chain and CPG or Retail is desired.

Skills / Environment

*Deep understanding of key planning processes: strategy execution, demand planning for an EMCG business, Supply planning, S and OP

*Good understanding of an end-to-end supply chain of global business and good practice

*Strong executive presence and communication skills (verbal and written), consulting skills and behaviours, ability to operate effectively in a dynamic fast pace environment

*Experience in process design and optimisation for functional candidates, IT architecture for technology candidates

*Understanding of process requirements for omni-channel including e-com

*Ability to clearly articulate pain points and leading practice solutions

*Understanding of how operational controls can strengthen the process

*Proven record of process design and implementation

*Researches industry trends and innovative approaches and technologies: Kinaxis, AI enabled demand planning, FEU e evolving digital solutions in supply chain
