Salesforce Business Analyst - Up to £65,000 (Home Based Start)As a Salesforce Business Analyst you will be the interlink between the wider product and business teams, translating a range of technical requirements to provide further support across the organisation. As well as utilising you Salesforce skill set on a day to day basis from a functional and technical standpoint.In this position you will be engaging with c-level stakeholders on a daily basis to gather their business requirements and advise them on best practice. Another key aspect of this position will be assisting a range of users across the business and support on creating training materials within Salesforce. Also you will have a heavy focus on designing and implementing improvements on Salesforce documentation and configuration within the instance. Key Skills:Hands on experience with Salesforce (Lightning preference)Extensive documentation skill setGathering requirements from key stakeholdersStrong Salesforce configuration expertisePrevious experience in Business Analyst positionsTraining and supporting usersThis end user are currently going through a lot of growth and have a strong financial backing to support this and the investment going into cloud technologies.
