Project ManagerWork from home role£37'000-£48'000 + Remote working + Pension + holidayExcellent opportunity for a project manager from a renewable or utilities background to join a leading company who will offer you a varied and technically challenging role with the chances to progress further.In this role the project manager will cover all aspects of renewable energy products. This role is key to supporting the successful development, delivery through to operation of grid connected renewable projects.The main focus of this role is to act as site representative on a number of portfolio of grid connected batter energy storage system new build projects where you will work closely with appointed contractors. You will also ensure that the designs and standards applicable for the works are being adhered to by the appointed contractor and that all works are being carried out in a safe manner with all required SHEQ elements are on place.The ideal candidate will have a degree or HNC in electrical engineering, utilities or renewable industry knowledge, a strong project management background and have Previous experience in Electrical Connections.This is a great role for a project manager to join a leading company who operate in the renewable energy industry where you can play a key role in the growth and development. The role:*You will be Responsible and accountable for the timely and relevant reporting of project progress and subcontractor performance on a weekly basis.

*To check that the contractor is carrying out the works in compliance with the CDM regulations, carrying out regular on site checks.

*To carryout check Control and maintain all H&S, environmental, quality and site-specific documentation, as well as check and review all sub-contractor H&S documentation on site and issuing work permits

*Track the procurement schedule of materials & equipment, ensure all deliveries are inspected for damage or any defects before accepting , manage material stock on site

*Understand and interpret technical drawings and information to support sub-contractors

*Accept and sign off completed works based on drawing specification, quality standards

*Ensure timely and effective communication with internal clients, contractors, suppliers, utility owners, DNO, Project Team, and Senior Management throughout the project preparation and execution, provide regular updates/reports as required The person*Have a minimum of HNC in electrical engineering.

*Happy to travel to South wales twice a month.

*Project Manager background.

*Experience in electrical connections/ grid connections.

*Sound H & S knowledge and experience within large electrical connections / Renewable construction projects
