You should be positive and enthusiastic having the ability to provide the client with a premium service and the capability to work independently or within a team when required.The Role:We are looking for a multi skilled Field Engineer in the Leeds area whose main strengths are IP and Analogue CCTV, Access Control, Intruder and Fire alarms.Key Responsibilities:Service, maintenance, small works, and installation of:CCTV both analogue and IPAccess ControlIntruder AlarmFire AlarmsAccurate completion of documentation, timesheets and submission of job reports through the Company's service system.Ensuring that the client is satisfied with the work carried out on the system prior to leaving site.Installing systems to a high standard.Provide a high level of customer service at all times.Working to safe health & safety practices.The Candidate:5 years' experience in fault finding and maintaining CCTV, Access Control, intruder systems and fire alarms.Good understanding of access control, intruder, IP and analogue CCTV systems and fire alarmsGood communication skills with the ability to build successful working relationship with customers and colleaguesGood knowledge of CCTV control rooms (an advantage).A positive, self-motivated proactive individual.Ability to operate effectively under pressure to rapidly changing circumstances.Good communication skills with the ability to build successful working relationship with customers and colleaguesBe well Organised and have self-disciplineHave the desire to learn and continually improve your knowledgeIPAF Licence.FIA TrainedFull UK driving licenceIn return we will invest in developing your career and can offer the following package:Benefits:Pension SchemeLife and Accident InsuranceMedical Cash PlanSky BenefitsEmployee Assistance ProgrammeCycle to Work Scheme and Company Car/allowancePlease click on the APPLY button to send your CV and Cover Letter for this role.Candidates with the relevant experience or job titles of; Engineering, Multi Skilled, Electrical Engineer, Electrical Technician, Multi Skilled Operative, Electrical Operative, Engineering Technician, CCTV Engineer, Fire Alarm Engineer, Health and Safety, Field Engineer may also be considered for this role.
