DevOps Engineer

Dublin AWS We are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to join this client's DevOps team. The core responsibilities of the role will be working in support of our AWS-based core application running on a LEMP stack. As the Senior DevOps Engineer, you will continuously improve the monitoring, maintenance and performance of their production and non-production environments. As a platform Processing a significant amount of Personal Data, Information Security will be a top priority. This is in addition to helping to evolve their platform to manage ever-increasing volumes of data throughput.Ultimately, you'll contribute to delivery of a secure and stable platform as well as ensuring ongoing availability of ID-Pal's production and non-production environments.Core Responsibilities:Administration of the production and non-production environments and supporting infrastructureConfiguration and management of appropriate AWS monitoring toolsProblem escalation to the development teamSupport of dev teams in delivering new and enhanced functionalityLinux System Administration configuration and patch managementDesired Skillset:AWS ExperienceExperience with supporting Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (Jenkins)Familiarity with supporting Test Automation toolsExperience in application build and debuggingKnowledge of Android / iOS for application build and debuggingKnowledge and experience of Python for automating tasks and testsWhat this client can offer you?This client is an Irish Award-Winning company which has achieved rapid growth within a short space of time.
