Job Title: IFS Business Systems Analyst

Location: United Kingdom (Initially working from home)Employment type: PermanentSalary: £45,000- £55,000 (depending on experience) Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 37.5 hours per week.Travel: 2:3 day ratio (working from home and in office)We have an exciting opportunity to join one of the leading international engineering and consulting group specialists. Our client strives to continue to develop and raise their profile, to improve transport systems efficiency. The successful candidate will work closely within the IFS transformation project alongside key stakeholders and consultants. The candidate will work as part of a team to deliver the business information project on time whilst maintaining on budget which will eventually progress to the development role after go live. The Business Analyst will be part of a team accountable for the design deliver and ongoing development and support of the UK and Ireland business systems.Essential Skills: Professional experience of IFS software from end user to system admin.A Business Analyst qualification or ability to demonstrate usage of Project management methodology.Successful development, delivery and management of business policies, plans, processes and business systems.Ability to work well under pressure and maintain good relationships with all external parties.Good understanding of finance, procure to pay, CRM, HRM and project accounting end-to-end processes and system integration.Experience of IFS cloud-based ERP solutions (essential)Sound understanding of current business process methodologiesDelivering in a customer service-oriented organisation.Analysis and understanding of business processes and financial data.Understanding drivers for change and implementing in own organisation.Risk Management.Understanding commercial drivers in a service organisation. Key Responsibilities: Working with SMEs analysing and gathering requirements, produce business requirements and document.Create functional test scenarios, test scripts and support UAT.Develop test plan to track progressWork closely with SMEs at all points during the project to ensure that the delivered system, meets business needs.Manage governance - ensure that all allocated activities and documentation adhere to project governance quality requirements and are submitted by the communicated deadlinesResource management within the project, administration and budget/cost management will also be required.Post implementation the role will migrate to a second phase improvement/development/business as usual phase across all areas of the business.
