[Type text] JOB DESCRIPTION Job Title:Source to Pay(S2P) Business AnalystReporting to:Project Manager Location:UK Department/Practice: Job Purpose and primary objectives: Key responsibilities (please specify if the position is an individual one or part of a team): The primary focus of the Source to Pay(S2P) Business Analyst position will be to support the Program Manager on the functional and non-functional requirement gathering related to the Businesses processes within the source-to-pay (S2P) function. This person will be a key liaison between client’s procurement & finance organization and product vendors with S2P offerings.Essential Responsibilities and Tasks:Functional SME for procure-to-pay (P2P).Engage with procurement & finance organization to define the future state of S2P business processes through quantitative analysis and review of current processes. Identify wasteful/inefficient points in the process and engage with impacted parties to determine future state.Play active role in reviewing product offerings aligned to the delivery of the S2P business requirementsAbility to learn on the fly and address key stakeholder needs.Key Skills/Knowledge:Five to eight years of experience in Procurement/Finance/Systems is required.Experience managing and aligning business requirements for systemsExperience working on procurement system (e.g. Coupa, Ariba etc.) integrations with SAP is preferred.Experience of Utilities DomainStructured and target-oriented working style, assertiveness with clear focus on process improvement is required.Experience required:Five to eight years of experience in Procurement/Finance/Systems is required.Duration of the Assignment: 6 months
