JOB DESCRIPTION Job Title:Microsoft Dynamics ArchitectInside IR35. Location:Coventry Department/Practice:IT Job Purpose and primary objectives: This role is for an experienced Solution Architect with significant Microsoft Dynamics experience to join an expanding team as we move into the next 5 year plan. Key responsibilities (please specify if the position is an individual one or part of a team): ? The Solution Architect as a key member in the Architecture Team, will use your knowledge and experience to research, select, document high level designs and implement (through scrum teams) data tools and repositories to address business requirements and information requests, really owning the delivery from end to end. ? You will use your vast knowledge and experience to advise others and help ensure that all products delivered across Technology improve our information and help us improve our customer experience towards becoming market leaders and improve our C-MEX score ? You’ll need to be reach out to Stakeholders, engaging with them, using your technical knowledge and relationship skills to work with them, explaining in ways they can understand and also learning from them to really know our business and their needs Everything you do will not only consider the customer, but also our data and security landscapes to ensure information flows and stored securely. - Supervisory / Managerial responsibilities (please specify if the position will have persons reporting to it): Favourable if worked in Devops/Agile environment and has understanding of CICD pipelines. Key Skills/Knowledge: ? Experience of designing solutions based on the Microsoft Dynamics platform and the associated systems such as our large billing system ? Experience of the following technologies o Microsoft Dynamics, both on premiss and 365. o Data Modelling o Customer Relations Management (CRM) system o Telephony Systems - call recording, routing, self service and IVR experience with Genesys Cloud will be advantageous ? Experience of working with public cloud such as Office 365, Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services and IBM ? Experience of complex enterprise application integration. E.g SAP to Microsoft Dynamics Have a good working knowledge of IT and data security governance frameworks such as GDPR and can demonstrate experience of customer data modelling. Experience required: You’ll back up your experience with qualifications that can truly demonstrate you know what you are talking about. You are Microsoft Azure Architect Technologies (MAZ-303) or Microsoft Azure Architect Design (MAZ-304) qualified and can also bring your knowledge from similar industries or experiences into this role. ? Excellent interpersonal and communication skills ? Demonstrable experience of working in an outsource environment working with third parties to deliver security outcomes ? Demonstrable problem-solving skills & good judgement for escalation and delegation and the ability to approach challenges with pragmatism ? Show the tenacity to drive and take ownership of security solutions through research, evaluation, recommendation/selection and then design and delivery ? Security documentation experience such as policy and standard creation. ? Skilled in application and software development security Maybe coming from a developer background or worked closely with developers in the past.
