Job Title: Technical Support (Cloud)Location: Whiteparish, near SalisburySalary: £20,000 - £25,000 depending on skills and experienceJob Type: Full Time, PermanentWe are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our Technical Support team.Lascar Electronics is a fast-growing international electronics business, with offices in the UK, USA, and Hong Kong, specialising in the design and manufacture of data loggers, smart graphic displays and custom electronic products. We have an ambitious growth plan to develop new products and push into new markets in order to remain at the forefront of the electronics industry.About the role:The role will provide effective first-line technical support on our expanding range of Cloud-based products and services.You will become an expert in our data logging hardware and software through full training and will be able to troubleshoot customer systems, from individual PCs to corporate networks.The role is office based, however, there may be occasions where you will be required to visit customers to provide on-site problem solving.About you:You will ideally have a technical background in IT and networks and experience of wireless networks, cloud computing and remote troubleshooting would be an advantage.
