Senior IT Support Engineer London to £46k
Senior IT Support Engineer (Apple MacOS iOS G-Suite Workspace). Would you like to progress your career in a senior role at a fast growing tech company? The core product is a highly complex data centric platform that enables industry leaders to network, search and share knowledge and market insights.
As a Senior IT Support Engineer within the Technical Operations team you will help ensure continuous uptime, troubleshooting tech issues in person and remotely including help desk / desk side support and acting as the escalation point for complex support issues. You'll configure and deploy Mac laptops / desktops (via MDM solution), manage VoIP phones, hardware and networking equipment. You will also take ownership of project based work including new technology roll-outs, assist with office relocations, expansions and home office / remote locations.
Driven by technology this company can offer a remote interview / onboarding process and remote working / work from home during the current social distancing measures, with upto 2 days WFH p/week going forward.
Requirements:
You have strong experience of supporting users in a helpdesk / Support Engineer role within a large scale corporate environment
You have a deep understanding of Apple hardware, MacOS, iOS; ideally an Apple Genius
You have a good understanding of networking fundamentals, ideally with experience of Cisco Meraki stack
You have a good knowledge of G-Suite / Google Workspace administration
You're collaborative and pragmatic with excellent communication / customer service skills
