Head of Secured Loans Salary up to £100,000 plus bonus

Fully remote - Applicants must reside in the UK

My Dorset based client is a household name and an established leader within their sector, employing circa 100 people across multiple locations.

As a disruptor within financial services, my client is has adopted a cutting edge platform into their business, which allows their mortgage & loan specialists to work efficiently, and at a high volume. The platform is a market leading tool and as a result the businesses performance is growing month on month.

Due to organic year on year growth my client is actively seeking an experienced Head of Secured Loans to join the senior management team. As an experienced Head of Secured Loans you will lead and oversee an experienced team of secured loan advisors & case managers, focusing on growth of sales - whilst maintaining my clients high customer service levels and department performance.

Requirements

5+ years sales management

Depths of experience working in secured loans, either lender or broker side

Solid understanding of case management inc compliance & processing requirements

Must be CeMAP qualified
