Our services lead to improved vehicle utilisation, efficiency and uptime giving reduced costs year on year.The role: Primarily installing and servicing Traffilog bespoke devices along with any other devices purchased through Traffilog, into our customer's vehicles. Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:Maintain stock levels, update customer/vehicle details and liaise with customers on a daily basis.Manage, adhere and review standards and procedures within the team so as to ensure the procedures are met and improvedAuditing of installations for continuous safety improvement, to enhance competitive advantage and to promote operational efficiency.Keep up to date with developments in engineering and electrical technology and awareness of health and safety procedures at all sites.Dealing with client queries face to face and over the phone.Review daily priorities and take appropriate action to ensure results are achieved through scheduled workloads and on-site customer requirementsProviding regular reports to the Engineering Director and configuration communications with the Technical Support team.Compliance and documentation adherence to the ISO 9001/27001/14001 & GDPR requirements.The Candidate:Automotive/electrical/telematics installation experience Competencies:Ability to present complex technical facts comprehensiblyEffective time management skills - able to demonstrate the ability to prioritise and plan in the face of conflicting demandsA good team player with the flexibility to adapt and promote change and the ability to learn new skills, concepts and processes.Excellent communications experience including written, face to face and be confident presenting to people all of audiences across business functions.Full British driving licenceAn advanced level of education with a full comprehension of the English spoken languageProblem solving skillsBenefits:Company vehicle with the option of using for personal useFuel cardSmart phoneLaptopTraining and experience in a growing technology companyFriendly team with regular social eventsPlease note: Please click the APPLY button and to submit your CV and Cover Letter.Candidates with experience or relevant job titles of; Service Technician, Telematics Engineer, Engineer, Field Installation Engineer, Technician, Service Engineer, Field Based Engineer, Telecom Engineer, Electrical Maintenance Engineer, Auto Electrician, Installation Engineer, Repairs Engineer, Maintenance Engineer, Multi Skilled Engineer, Maintenance Technician, Multiskilled Engineer, Multi-skilled Engineer Field Service Technician, may also be considered for this role.
