Trainer/Instructor (Carpentry)

Exciting role on offer for a Carpenter or Timber Frame professional to join a Modular build company in a role helping to train develop and mentor new carpenters.

On offer is the chance to join a well-established company who specialise in the manufacturing of homes, designed to any specification or style and always at a high quality.

This company are a construction company who have established a great reputation and name for themselves in the Modular build industry, which has led to growth of the business. Due to this expansion, they are looking for a Trainer to join their team and to implement their experience in a challenging and fast paced business and predominantly teach the future employees of the business.

In this role you will be tasked with designing, developing and delivering a range of engaging learning programmes. You will be responsible for setting up and running training for carpenters, and be responsible for training the new employees. You will ensure a consistently safe environment is maintained.

The ideal candidate will be a carpenter or have previous experience with timber frame build, looking to come off the tools and take on a challenging role where you can help develop the next generation of company employees.
