As an equal opportunities employer, we support a wide range of diversity initiatives to promote equality and raise awareness on a regional and international scale both internally and externally with our clients and candidates.RequirementsAt least 3 years' experience in a 360 or 180 billing recruitment roleA strong sales history with the proven ability to generate at least 2 personal deals per monthExperience in team leadership in a recruitment environment, demonstrating the necessary qualities to inspire a team and drive performance by leading from the frontAn excellent working knowledge of the recruitment sector (any industry), and its associated resources such as candidate and client databases, job boards and professional networking platforms, e.g. LinkedInThe dedication to become a trusted industry expert with the required market knowledge to be established as the go-to recruiter in your marketFluency in written and spoken English
