Within this role you will be learning through experience whilst shadowing and being mentored by the Associate Director and Head of the Civils Team. Allowing you to develop your knowledge and understanding of highways, drainage solutions, pavement specifications as well as reactive learning such as resolving technical issues raised by contractors. The company will also provide training on software packages including MicroDrainage.

The Role:

*Learning and assisting in the design function

*Working on projects including highways, SuDS, Flood Risk Assessment, Flood Management and Pavement schemes

*On-going training, development and mentorship

The Person:

*Civil Engineering Graduate

*Understanding of relevant Civil Engineering principles

*A strong desire to develop and progress within their career
