We are currently looking for experienced Salesforce Consultant to work on Top Pharma Projects ResponsibilitiesOptimization of business processes in SFDC system. Act as a Subject Matter ExpertConfigure and test to execute features, integration, and reporting in SFDC.Create and validate functional business requirements against business needs.Translate the needs of business and articulate the functional requirements and design to meet requirementsIdentify root causes and provide guidance to IT including perform complex root cause analysis and troubleshoot business processes including data integrity/accuracy in SFDC.Serve as liaison between IT team and stakeholders in the area of responsibility.Provide design and architecture guidance in projects DesirableTechnical backround and educationSFDC certification, Sales Cloud expertise, 5 years experience in similar position, Technical knowledge, Advance on English, Project management skills recommended.
