Job Title: UPVC Surveyor - Windows, Doors & ConservatoriesLocation: ExeterSalary: £150 per dayJob type: Full time - 5 days a week, 8am - 5pm, occasionally working SaturdaysWe are a friendly Exeter based local business, growing in the double glazing market for many years. All our quoted prices remain the same, with no hidden charges or price changesThe RoleAs a Surveyor you will be working at our customers homes. Your role will be to qualify all contract details with our customers, ensuring that all products listed on the contract are measured correctly for manufacturing purposes and fitting purposes.Key Requirements:General IT skills.To be able to read and understand construction drawings and technical specifications.Comprehensive understanding of both PVC-U industry and its products.Ability work own initiative and be able to analyse situations and make recommendations.Develop competence with use of bespoke IT equipment & surveying software.Understanding of current building regulations and construction techniquesThe Candidate:Own transport required.Minimum 5 years experience required.Clean driving license ( maximum 3 points ) and NVQs/CSCS/FENSA for surveying requiredPlease click on the APPLY button to send your CV and Cover Letter for this role.Candidates with the relevant experience or job titles of; Surveyor; UPVC; Construction Surveyor; Building Surveyor; Quantity Surveyor; Commercial; Windows; Doors; Conservatories; may also be considered for this role.
