Based in the rural area of Calverley, Leeds where monthly lunches are bought, to acknowledge and appreciate their dedicated staff.About the role:Overview:The Infrastructure & Projects Engineer role will be pivotal in delivering friendly and professional service projects to Clients. Responsible for supporting the networks of our existing clients, working on projects supporting their on-premises infrastructure, as well as delivering Cloud-Based & Modern Workplace solutions using the latest technologies.You will provide technical support both onsite and remotely; handling incidents escalated from the service desk. You will create great experiences for clients, while building and maintaining long-lasting client relationships built on trust. You will also manage expectations; problem solve and deliver the most important KPI; happy clients!Key Responsibilities:Deliver on-premises projects & solutions including but not limited to Windows Server; HyperV & VirtualisationFirewall & Network InfrastructureDeliver cloud projects & solutions including but not limited to Office 365 - Exchange Online, SharepointAzure AD/Modern Workplace, Azure InfrastructureIntune/Microsoft EndPointPrivate Hosted Cloud SolutionsProvide expert 3rd line support to our Service Desk team by dealing with escalated incidentsProactive monitoring and management of client networks Manage, maintain, and develop RMM and Network Monitoring PlatformsManage and deploy new and existing VOIP solutions; research and innovate where there may be new opportunities for the businessNetwork Security Antivirus & Email Security, Cyber Security Certification, and vulnerability scanningWork independently on tasks set by the Infrastructure & Projects Lead.
