Credit ratings Risk Business Analyst

500pd + £85 pd extra (PAYE uplift)

As a long established, approved IT recruitment partner to this international bank we have been asked to assist in the hire of a Risk Business Analyst to lead the analysis to determine the most appropriate source of external credit ratings for the Bank CIB / commercial and investment banking Businesses.

Key responsibilities:

Producing analysis documents such as BRDs and functional requirements to demonstrate the business requirement

Analysis/ feasibility study required into the 4 external ratings options being considered as parr of Data Mapping and SA RWA.

Supporting the business to gather formal Business Requirements and input into the Technical design documents.

Supporting the business to review and provide input into As-is and To-Be workflows for trade booking and lifecycle.

Considering all relevant regions as part of the approach. (EMEA)

To work with the relevant IDM and EDM teams to understand data quality and gaps.

Providing estimates and costs for the proposed solution.

Completing project/work-stream status reports.

Key skills:

*Business analysis experience working for a top tier bank

*Excellent knowledge of the financial credit ratings processes.

* Ability to liaise with business and IT stakeholders at all levels of the organisation

*Good overall knowledge of regulations: SA RWA

*Experience in the Securities Industry

Experience of credit rating agencies such as Standard & Poors / Moody's helpful

This role is an initial 3 months, but we have been advised good chance of an extension. £500pd + an extra £85pd PAYE uplift. This role is offered on a PAYE Umbrella basis.
