CRM & Power Platform Support Consultant - £30k - Manchester A national leading manufacturing distributor is looking for an D365/Power Platform Administrator to join their internal team. You will be a first point of contact for the maintenance and delivery of applications to uphold customer experience. The right candidate will be responsible for daily administration duties such as maintaining the systems quality of data and records. You will have a good understanding of how to update and customise D365 and other applications, while training users on the new functionalities implemented. For this role, you should: Experience with customising and implementing D365 CE.Understanding of relevant legislation surrounding data management.Evident experience in managing a help desk and end user requestsThe ability to quickly adapt and widen knowledge on platform developmentsBe familiar with creating reports by using Power BI It is desirable if you have experience using various reporting applications and Power Apps.
