As a Senior Development Lead in Service Integration you'll have the opportunity to expand and impart that knowledge and act as mentor to others across the wider Service Integration team. You will shape the way DTH and OTT, both linear and VoD is operationally managed for a diverse range of exciting projects - Service Integration Manager"

What you'll do:

- Be seen as a subject matter expert across teams around Sky and TV Operations. Actively answers queries from other teams within the business and sought out for opinion around complex deliveries and incidents. - Motivate others towards best practice and continuous improvement via positive and constructive feedback. - Has flexibility to ensure cover for absence and demand peaks within SI Development are met including cover for Team Leader. Takes responsibility for the standard of output of the SI Development team and drives through improvement actions if required. - Build a close working relationship with Operational Leads in Platform Control to ensure effective operational readiness transitions. - Uses relationships built during time in Development Lead role to help the Development Leads establish effective relationships with project and engineering teams. - Actively identifies where projects fall between, or overlap with, other teams' areas and responsibilities. Ensures awareness and addresses gaps. - Able to address and resolve longstanding complex problems. Uses knowledge gained in problem management to improve future project/program delivery - Awareness of issues and incidents managed by Platform Control and able to apply this to future operational readiness deliveries, operational improvement and problem management.

What you'll bring:

- A track record of successful and effective delivery of several significant high-profile projects into Operational Support Teams. E.g. Adsmart, Monitoring, Sky Go V3, Ocean. - Led the delivery of complex formal training and received positive feedback. - Performed as the team expert for multiple systems/services/platforms/monitoring, e.g. Dataminer, Adsmart, DTH VOD, Conviva. - Delivered several improvements that have made a significant difference through Problem Management. - Have demonstrated that lessons learnt from problem management have been implemented in project delivery. - Have shown proactive follow up with PCC following incidents. - Have demonstrated active promotion of cross SI team working. - Considerable experience or equivalent of working in a Development Lead Role.
