Business Change LeadLooking for a Change Lead to work on a Professional transformational Programme of work, this is a growing team so there is a fantastic opportunity to make your mark!!Experience of large scale change and Adkar processes in a corporate environment is ideal but if you have used other change methodologies . This is a pivotal role within the organisation. Any experience in working applications programmes both from an agile and waterfall approach would be highly desirableFull business change plans - Incorporating Business deliverables, communication plans, business readiness, training, benefits realisation, risk and de-risk strategy, go no-go's, business testing, business unit responsibilities and technical dependencies. Senior stakeholder management is key to this role. Experience in delivering in a professional services capacity, any exposure to Legal sector would be highly desirable. You will need to have Portfolio Management, Relationship Management and Stakeholder Management experience with a solid understanding of Business testing. This is a very business focused role so I need someone who has done something similar in the past. Must have worked in challenging fast paced ever changing environmentsThis role is a mixture of home based and office based you need to be prepared to work in the Birmingham office 1 / 2 days a week.This is a 1 year FTC that is very likely to be extended.
