Our CAMS (Communications, Admissions, Marketing and Student Recruitment) team is looking for a Lead UX/UI Designer and Developer to offer technical leadership and steer a clear design direction to evolve and future proof the University's website. The role will provide technical insight and advice and manage a team of developers and digital designers to improve user experience. The role is highly collaborative, working closely with web development, digital content and marketing colleagues to deliver user-centric experiences. Key to this role will be educating stakeholders on the value of UX design, and the impact it can have for business goals. You will be someone who is technically minded but who also possesses strong digital design skills with a sound understanding of how to translate user needs into web components. You will bring experience of delivering technical projects, agile working and in depth knowledge of the web development process. Closing date: Tuesday 11 May
