The CAMS (Communications, Admissions, Marketing and Student Recruitment) team are seeking a customer-focused, ambitious and talented Head of Web and User Experience.  This is a new role and provides an exciting opportunity to reimagine, shape and drive forward the evolution of NTU's website and digital content strategy. As a member of the CAMS Senior Leadership Team (SLT), you will play a key strategic role in delivering and championing a digital first approach that delivers against business goals and marketing objectives. You will be NTU's lead point of contact for web advice and guidance and will have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills along with the ability to multi-task concurrent projects.  You will lead and enthuse a newly restructured web and digital content team and devise new processes that put user experience at the centre of our digital content strategy. You'll review and recommend developments to our existing technology stack alongside leading on design innovations to effectively translate new branding across the digital space. You'll bring your experience of building a user-centric web presence and utilising user data to help us improve journeys across our broad audience groups including prospective students, researchers and internal stakeholders.
