Java Developer Cambridge to £60k

Java Developer / Software Engineer (Spring microservices AWS) *Remote Interview WfH*. Would you like to work on a modern microservices tech stack, continually learning and progressing your career?

You could be joining a market leading tech company that's remote access product is used by hundreds of millions of users worldwide.

As a Java Developer you will design and develop new features and enhancements to the core product as well as maintaining existing systems; there are challenges around scalability and robustness, you'll be collaboratively problem solving as part of an accomplished team.

There's a remote interview and onboarding process as well as the ability to work from home; following social distancing you'll join colleagues for meet-ups and events once or twice a week based in new, modern offices in Cambridge City centre, a short walk from the station; there's a casual dress code, informal and sociable team atmosphere.

Requirements:

You have strong core Java development and Spring framework or Lombok experience with a good understanding of microservice architectures

You have experience of integrating with AWS services and SaaS

You have a good knowledge of networking and security principles

You enjoy collaboratively problem solving as part of an Agile team where you can input into technical discussions and decisions as well as take ownership of particular projects

You're commercially savvy and understand the effect your work has on the overall product

Experience with other technologies in the stack would be great e.g. C++, Golang, JavaScript, Vue.js, MacOS, Windows, Linux, Kotlin, Objective-C, Docker, Terraform
