Excellent opportunity for a Biomedical Engineering graduate to join a fascinating start-up in a highly varied and autonomous position offering amazing opportunities for progression.

This company are an exciting start-up that are introducing fascinating new technologies to their market to help reduce costs, improve safety, and lower risk. Through growth they are looking for a Technical Researcher to join their team in a highly autonomous role with huge long term progression potential.

In this role you will b involved with testing and quantifying the performance of products that comprise the company's visualisation platform and working experimentally to improve them. This is a very varied and flexible role where you will be able to manage your hours as you see fit and have the flexibility to work at home 4 days a week. As the company grows there will be clear progression opportunities available.

The ideal candidate will be a Masters or PhD graduate in Biomedical Engineering or similar. Experience within Medical Devices highly beneficial. CAD, Matlab, Python or C++ experience also beneficial.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join an interesting business at the ground floor in a highly flexible, varied, and autonomous role.

The role:

*Testing and quantifying the performance of products that comprise the company's visualisation platform and working experimentally to improve them

*Performing both paper-based and experimental research in fields that are relevant to the company's laparoscopic visualisation platform

*Monday to Friday, 40 hour working week, flexible working available four days a week

The person:

*Master or PhD Graduate in Biomedical Engineering or similar

*Experience within Medical Devices highly beneficial

*CAD, Matlab, Python or C++ skills all beneficial

*Able to commute into the office 1 day a week, WFH 4 days a week
