Excellent opportunity for a 2nd / 3rd Line Support Engineer from an AV background to join a stable, supportive company in a varied, interesting, and challenging role where you can enhance your skills.

This established company have been providing Audio-Visual, Video Conferencing and Technical support for over 35 years. Through growth hey are looking for a client facing Helpdesk Support Engineer with AV experience to join their busy team out of the Bristol site.

In this role you will be site based, managing tickets, helpdesk support, SLAs and have some customer facing travel to sites to consult, train, maintain and support Audio-Visual, Video Conferencing and Telepresence Systems.

The ideal candidate will be an IT Engineer with experience of AV, Video Conferencing and Microsoft Teams. A full UK driving license will be needed for this role.

The role:

*Supporting clients through managing tickets, helpdesk, SLAs, and some travel to customer sites

*Monday to Friday, 9am to 5.30pm

*Based on site in Bristol with some travel and variety

The person:

*Experience in Technical Support, IT Engineer, 2nd Line / 3rd Line Support, Helpdesk roles

*Audio Visual experience

*Video Conferencing experience

*Microsoft Teams knowledge

*Full UK Driving license
