Job Description Are you a Dynamics Project manager who loves to feel valued and feel as though you have achieved something at the end of every day? If so, I am working with an amazing client who need you!

As the Dynamics world is going through some amazing new changes with the release of Business Central, my clients are looking to grow their teams and sign off some of the largest Global Projects within manufacturing. A Project manager is needed for a client of mine who are based in London with offices across the UK, you will be home based with occasional travel for meetings. This client has grown at a rapid rate over the last year and are not stopping anytime soon, they are an industry that has been incredibly needed during this pandemic as they are a manufacturing and distribution company who has adapted to the changes and are now supplying PPE equipment, recyclable goods and more. You will be joining an amazing team who thrive from putting time and effort into their employees, mental well-being is at the top of their agenda when it comes to running a business. As their new project manager, you will be asked to bring all of your ideas to the table and implement new business processes from your experience. This role would suit someone who is looking to make positive and sustainable changes within a business, someone who is looking to work within an environment that is making undeniable impact on the world with its products. Responsibilities:Understand and analyse business requirements on the MS Dynamics NAV project and other big projects within the businessManaging and improving best practice methodologies and approach for developing for NAV system and integrating with 3rd party applicationsMentoring in house users - Providing training sessionsGuide the functional team from a project management perspective and offer your expert advice on how to improve areas - Also gain the perspective of others around youContribute to the scoping and risk management - Working with the solution architects, technical consultants and lead consultants from 3rd party and within the business to ensure projects are delivered on time, cost and qualityProvide guidance and quality review checks in all areas of the analysis phase of the implementation and other projects within the businessStrong problem-solving skills and knowledge - validate diagnostics from other team members, testing insights and recommendations from the team with senior management and directors Skills & Qualifications A previous similar role within an environment of a business who uses MS Dynamics NAVHave completed previous upgrades and implementations (Within Dynamics)You will need to have a minimum of Prince2/ PMP CertificationsStrong verbal and written communication skills - Able to relate to your team and 3rd party suppliers - ensuring successful projects are completedA passion for delivering projects, working well with your team and wanting strong end resultsStrong organisation and time management skillsCommitted to personal development and team development within technical, functional and broader consulting skills
