Now they are looking to bring in an ambitious Quantity Surveyor who is keen to progress and develop their experience and career.

In this role you will be site based in Birmingham City Centre on a large residential site with the potential to move to a new complex towards the end of the year. You will be managing subcontractors, pre contract enquiries, dealing with the tender process and managing variations throughout the process.

The Role:Birmingham basedValuations, variations, tenders, cost analysisLiaising with the technical and project team and design consultantsAttending Design Team and Subcontractor review meetings as required

The Person:Residential/High Rise/Commercial experiencePrevious experience as a QSKnowledge of pre contract through to post contract processes
