Commercial Heating Engineer (Training in Renewables)South West with UK Travel£30,000 - £35,000 + Van + Fuel + Mobile + TrainingAre you an experienced heating engineer for commercial scale boilers and looking to grow your career with a leading player in the field of renewable heating?This company specialises in the installation and maintenance of a large portfolio of plantrooms and biomass boilers across the UK and is looking to grow their team of specialists to meet the new demand for renewable heating solutions.In this role you will be travelling around the UK to a variety of different locations to carry out planned and reactive maintenance on commercial scale biomass boilers as well as providing assessments and reports after breakdowns, working closely with customers to provide technical guidance throughout commissioning and ownership and assisting the installation team where required.The ideal candidate will be happy working in a mobile role and will either have previous experience in servicing biomass boilers or commercial heating systems. They will also be motivated by both the training opportunities that the company can offer and the job security that will come with moving into renewable heating.This is a great chance for someone to get in with an already established renewable heating company where they can make a name for themselves in a growing area of industry.The role:

* Working in a mobile role to cover areas across the UK (all expenses paid for)

* Planned and reactive maintenance for biomass boilers

* Working closely alongside customers and other team members to provide technical advice and support throughout installation, commissioning and aftersales care

* Fault diagnosis and providing assessments and reports following breakdowns

* Involvement in areas of business development such as training and supporting junior staff

The person:

* Experience with maintaining biomass boilers or commercial heating systems

* Happy with travelling to different locations for jobs

* Relevant NVQ level 3 or equivalent e.g mechanical maintenance, plumbing and heating

* Welding experience, IPAF or PASMA license advantageous
