Service Desk Analyst - 3 Month Contract - Livingston
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a 1st - 2nd line Support Analyst to join a Media giant on their Service Desk. The position requires someone with outstanding communication skills who has a passion for providing a first-class service to users, troubleshooting and diagnosing IT issues.
The Service Desk is recognised for their high performance and is responsible for 1000s of users with responsibility for a wide range of devices from Desktops (Windows and Mac) as well as mobile devices and Windows Servers.
Whilst a demanding role, it is incredible rewarding and would suit a candidate with the following skills:
1st & 2nd line support experienceExposure to server supportExperience meeting SLAsBasic networking skills This role would sit Inside IR35. Remote working is possible however being commutable to Livingston is desirable.
