Job Title:Informatica BDM consultantLocation:Bristol (Flexible) Department/Practice:Data & Analytics Job Purpose and primary objectives: Provide consultation and technical support in Informatica BDM - overall architecture, design, champion Informatica tools and advice on new features, best practices and standards. Help resolve issues through project development phase.8-10 years of experience in Informatica with specialisation in Informatica BDM(Big data management) will be preferred Key responsibilities (please specify if the position is an individual one or part of a team): 1) Understand new features and tools from Informatica and present it to development teams 2) Expertise in Informatica BDM and good understanding of Informatica toolsets such as IDQ, IDE, PDO, DVO to guide development teams 3) Support development team to build ETL pipelines including workflows, sessions and source to target mappings across multiple projects 4) Work with Informatica GCS support for quick and easy resolution of EBF’s and enhancement and product limitations 5) Leverage benefits and complimentary trainings from Informatica to bring development teams up to date on new Informatica featuresKey Skills/Knowledge: 8-10 years experience in Informatica, with specialisation in Informatica BDM and deployment in Data projects Certifications in Informatica BDM and good understanding of other Informatica products such as IDQ/Developer tool/Analyst/ powercentre Good understanding of data ecosystem with experience in designing data warehouse solutions using Informatica BDM on AWS Cloud Candidate should have at least 10 years of experience in the field of Data & Analytics and good understanding of Informatica product suite and specifically Informatica Big data management edition Experience required: ? Minimum8-10 years experience in delivering data management projects centred around Informatica tech stack with specialisation in Informatica BDM ? Experience in aspects of Data integration, data transformation, Big data management, metadata manager and data validation centred around Informatica tool ? Experience in Data Integration, ETL, Data analysis, Data quality & Data governance and cloud migration projects and data lake ? Amazon web service certification is desirable
