An excellent opportunity for an experienced Building Surveyor with experience in defects diagnosis looking to work for a world leading company who are looking for a home based role on a 12 month fixed term contract.Are you a Building Surveyor with experience in defects diagnosis? They have established themselves as a world leader in their industry, operating in over 60 countries across the globe. They are constantly adapting to suit their client's needs and are currently in the process of expanding their Surveying department. Due to this they are now looking for a Building Surveyor to join their expert team.In this autonomous role you will be tasked with managing a portfolio of commercial and domestic subsidence claims from the initial claim through to completion. This role will involve 80% of the projects working remotely and doing virtual inspections on a nationwide basis and 20% of the work attending sites within Scotland and the far North of England. This will involve overseeing defects diagnosis, mitigation and the physical repairs.This role would therefore suit an individual with a strong background in defects diagnosis on Commercial & Domestic building, who is looking to progress their career at a world leading company.The Role:Surveying Commercial & Domestic PropertiesDefects DiagnosisOverseeing repairs12 Month Fixed Term Contract£40,000 - £48,000 + Home Based + CarThe Person:Strong background in Building SurveyingExperience with defects diagnosisSome insurance experience beneficialExcellent people skillsChartered or working towards Chartered statusReference: BBBH110252
