Technical Pre-Sales Engineer (AWS API SaaS) *Remote Interview WfH*. Are you a tech savvy Pre-Sales Engineer seeking an opportunity to join a growing tech company where you can make a real difference and progress your career?

You could be joining a successful and growing software house whose smart email product and collaboration tool is used by enterprise organisations across the world to help them track, index, tag and search email far more efficiently.

As a Technical Pre-Sales Engineer you will support the sales team with pitches for business within the financial services space. You'll help to demonstrate the awesome capabilities of the SaaS platform which easily integrates with a company's existing systems; architecting and integrating solutions into the customers' environment. You'll work with clients to understand their pain points and answer technical due diligence questionnaires and help to prepare documentation for proposals and contracts.

You'll gain an indepth understanding of the market and competitors and participate in marketing initiatives such as social media campaigns and tech talks / meetups.

There's currently a remote interview and onboarding process as well as the ability to work from home with a great deal of flexibility going forward; in time you will be required to visit client sites for pitches and demos.

Requirements:

*You have a strong technical understanding of AWS and integrating cloud services using APIs, cloud middleware (tray.io, Zapier) and scripting languages such as Python

*You have experience of configuring and managing MS Exchange Server or MS Exchange Online, including mail flow integration

*You have a strong knowledge of AWS cloud services

*You have excellent communication skills and are able to explain complex technical information to non-technical audiences including senior management stakeholders

*You have experience of writing pre-sales technical documentation

*You have first class presentation skills

*You have strong business acumen

*You have experience of selling to the Financial Services industry (e.g. Investment Banks)

As a Technical Pre-Sales Engineer you will earn a competitive salary (to £95k base) plus commission and benefits.
