Site Reliability Engineer (AWS Java Python Terraform) Pioneering SaaS company that specialises in cutting-edge communication software is seeking a skilled Site Reliability Engineer to enhance their capabilities as they enter a new phase of growth.

They are seeking a Site Reliability Engineer with a strong automation-mindset to take ownership of expanding, extending and maintaining the existing automation and operations infrastructure. You'll be instrumental in a small global team, where you'll help to develop an overview of operational needs, ensuring they are worked toward in the overall technical strategy with a focus on reliability, security and performance.

In this Site Reliability Engineer role your responsibilities will be diverse and impactful, from conceptualising, designing, estimating, documenting, developing and deploying to maintaining, operating, supporting and testing new and existing services.

You'll work with a diverse, modern tech stack including AWS and Terraform, and applying candidates should have experience in a modern development language; either Java, Python, Golang or JavaScript.

Requirements:  

You have experience in a Site Reliability Engineer / DevOps / Infrastructure-focused role

You have strong AWS experience, and knowledge of AWS core services as well as networking and security

You have experience helping companies build scalable, robust infrastructure

You can read and code in a modern development language, either Java, Python, Golang or JavaScript

You're a confident self-starter who is extremely resourceful, able to work well independently
