Surveyor (Landlord Care) - Telecoms Home Based - Covering the North & Scotland Market Leading Salary + Development + Excellent Benefits Package Surveyor (Landlord Care) position available for a market leading company within the telecoms industry. Are you a Surveyor from the telecoms industry? Do you have experience managing a wide variety of Landlords? The company are a highly respected industry leader who offer telecoms services throughout Europe. As the company continue to grow and develop, they are looking for a National Infrastructure Service Manager to ensure maintenance, health and compliance are completed to the highest possible standard. In this role you will be looking after all aspects of Landlord Management over the companies northern and Scottish portfolio, within this role you will be tasked to help improve and develop existing customer relationships, handle rent/access disputes etc. This is a home based role, however you will be required to meet with suppliers around your patch occasionally. The ideal candidate will be a Telecoms surveyor who has experience dealing with a wide range of landlords, RICS qualification and relevant degree is preferred, however not essential.
