£85,000 - £95,000 per annum


A global consulting client currently is looking for a Senior Manager to work with clients across their technology landscape. The role will pay up to £100k basic excluding car, cash choices, annual bonus and flexible benefits.

The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate:

* Senior Manager calibre; i.e. Senior Management of 1 winning business, 2) managing team members and 3) running multiple engagements.
* Consulting Business Development/Sales experience (Winning of Small to Medium sized clients- this sales is winning new business and being able to deliver on those wins.
* The candidate will be someone that understand the complexities of the UK market.
* Understanding of technology services - including one or more of; strategy, transformation digital services, IT risk, data analytics, ERP.

Business Development:
* Understand, and be able to position the firms propositions and services;
* Independently and actively research and identify clients and opportunities;
* Assist in the creation of a plan for the current financial year, regarding the type of pursuits and specific client targets;
* Build profitable, long-term relationships with clients built on trust and thought leadership;
* Lead pursuits and win work with clients;
* Leverage experience from previous clients to provide offerings applicable to our priority accounts;
* Create and manage strong relationships with Partners, Directors, and the Business Development community across the regional offices; and

Client Delivery:
* Work with our clients as a trusted advisor supporting their journey towards better use of technology;
* Lead mid-size to large client engagements end-to-end, including both Technology and broader Consulting engagements;
* Generate positive client satisfaction that creates additional work; and
* Manage the delivery of client work to all agreed financial and quality metrics.
