We are currently seeking an experienced Service Desk Analyst for an initial 2-month contract assignment which will be inside IR35. The role is office-based, its not remote or home-working, you will need to attend client site daily which is located in Glasgow.
The assignment is to support the migration of 60 users from one domain to another, this will include;
You will be a strong communicator with varied experience in a service and support role. The role requires someone that will be able to quickly pick up the task of migrating users to the new domain, following documentation and providing timely feedback to the project team on progress. There will be times when you will be working alone but need to be able to escalate matters if blockers are found in the process.

This is a 2-month contract assignment which is inside IR35 - our client would also consider hiring someone on a fixed-term basis with the associated benefits you get working this way (the pro-rata salary on a fixed-term basis would be circa £30k).
