The Genomics & Diagnostics Solutions Custom Services TeamThe Customised Solutions team is part of the Genomics and Diagnostic Solutions business. Based in Cardiff's Manufacturing and R&D labs, the customised solutions team work exclusively with external, global customers to deliver initial proof of principle samples before scaling up and transferring the product to manufacturing. Our services cover custom conjugation using SeraMag magnetic beads, lyophilisation using our Lyo-Stable service, contract manufacturing (fill & finish), custom filter plates and customisation of our catalogue products. The RoleWhile this role will be primarily focused on a key project working with a world-renowned leader in their field, the successful candidate will also have responsibilities for transferring projects across a number of the different services. You will also work closely with the customer and internal teams to transfer equipment and technology onto the Cardiff site for large scale manufacturing.This is a wide ranging, customer facing role that requires a keen eye for detail, excellent stakeholder engagement, pro-actively interfacing with QA, Commercial and Manufacturing. ResponsibilitiesDevelop process validation and design transfer protocols to support manufacturing transfer activities.Assist in process engineering activities to support the onboarding of equipment.Develop, review and gain approval of tech transfer and manufacturing documentation such as risk assessments, gap analyses, PFMEA, SAT, IQ, OQ, PQ.Proactively identify risks and develop / implement work plans to manage / mitigate / communicate risk to senior technical transfer leads.Lead and present technical data at customer project review meetings.Working with cross-functional teams across the Genomics and Cellular Research businesses to support project plans and ensure adherence to schedules and project deadlines.Update project dashboards/presentations with project status to provide timely communication of status to internal team.Provide technical review of data for scientific evaluation and presentation material for internal stakeholder meetings.To apply please send your CV's in the first instance
